Do you have a mantra or meditation you listen to, to clear your vibrational state so you have clarity around your thoughts and desires?

Our mindset, in life, is everything. With a changed perspective, we can quite literally change our world.

Read that again.

It’s powerful.

This is not magic. It’s not woo woo – although I love woo woo. But it’s not. 

It’s the Universal Law of energy.

Everything we are, everything we experience, everything we attract, is intentional. Perhaps not always consciously, but subconsciously, we attract what we think about and the more we think about it., the more it grows and expands.

Think about that.

Think about all the shit in your life and know that you are responsible for it.

It’s hard to take isn’t it?

Sometimes too hard!

BUT – in an instant, you can be the catalyst to great change in your world.

It all begins and ends with you!

Do you see how powerful you are yet?

The key is getting comfortable with your power.

And everything in life, screams at us that we are not in control, we are not powerful, we are not the captain of our own ships!

And yet, my friends, we are!

Everything that we want, already exists for us. Everything we desire, is already working its way to us. If you don’t get what you want, remember that it’s an energetic re-direction, not a NO!

The Universe always orchestrates to deliver what will work toward our highest good.

And that’s what we’re here for isn’t it?

To evolve, to grow, to be better and get better, each and every day.

Evolution is a constant my friends. As long as we have breath, we are always working toward the best and most beautiful version of ourselves.

Everything is fluid – the ebb and flow of life is a certainty.

How we rise (or choose not to) is the most comprehensive indication of WHO WE ARE.

Powerful.

So let’s start with a mantra that’s going to assist you.

Every moment is an opportunity for learning and growth.

And let me share the biggest secret of all with you….

Everything you desire, everything you’re striving for and reaching for and yearning for – is already WITHIN you.

Manifestation begins and ends with SELF.

So now here is your task;

I want you to think about something you’re manifesting into your life. What is it? What does it look like? What does it FEEL like? Who are YOU when you have this thing?

The key is, you must BECOME what you desire.

We must be an energetic match for what we manifest.

So make a list!

Now!

Do it.

Grab a pen and paper and write a list of the woman or man you are when you have what you have manifested.

• Healthy
• Fit
• Vibrant
• Confident
• Happy
• Abundant
• Wealthy
• Content
• Strong
• Passionate
• Inspired
• Unafraid

Your list must be your own. Whatever resonates as being the traits and feelings of the person receiving their manifestation into physical reality.

Now?

Well now, you must be an energetic match for it all!

It’s as simple as that.

We cannot attract what we are not a vibrational match for.

So we must BECOME who we are meant to be, to have what we ultimately want!

See how the process of manifestation FORCES intentional growth?

YES! And it must!

Because you, my friend, are energy, vibrating at the frequency of your life RIGHT NOW – to do better, to have better and to be better, we must GROW intentionally toward all we desire.

And I will tell you, growth can be hard. Ascending into the powerful human being you are meant to be, is not an easy road. But it’s the one road that must be traveled.

And you have the opportunity RIGHT NOW, to change the course of your current world, for your greater good and have everything you have ever dreamed of.

Think about that thing you want most right now. Imagine it coming into your reality. Imagine the man or woman you are when you receive it.

Allow that beautiful energy to reverberate.

Do you see how this works?

If you are embroiled in feelings of self doubt and unworthiness – you cannot and will now ALLOW.

To connect to the energetic vibration of what you want, you HAVE to believe that you deserve it, that you’re worthy of it and that you implicitly trust that the Universe will bring it to you.

That is our first lesson.

As I continue working on the Manifestation Masterclass (more info here) to take people through the process, step by step and help them understand the Universal Laws that govern our experience and how they effect us….it is up to each of us – to look at our very human experience and understand the man or woman we are today. 

And then think about how YOU right now, can get to the YOU who receives all that you desire.

INTENTIONAL ACTION.

INTENTIONAL GROWTH.

It all flows on from ALLOWING.
