Brilliant blue Tribal Suzani.

You know, this piece almost feels unfinished. There is an edge that is not overlocked, it gives it a rustic,organic look and the entire textile appears very tribal to me. 

This glorious textile made me weak at knees. The vibrant blue is mesmerising, the tribal design motifs are so intricate and so beautiful. The colours together on this soft, flowy piece are just stunning.

There is movement to this material. It is light as a feather hand spun cotton, it has a slight sheen to that blue which is gorgeous.

This suzani is perfect for the beautiful bohemian inspired home and in absolutely stunning vintage condition.

This is from a private collection and is in utterly pristine condition. So much so, this vintage piece, circa 1979 looks brand spanking new!

It's so unusual, not only in colour, but the motifs are very African - hailing from Uzbekistan, this is quite an extraordinary find.
